Telegrau 2 RAL 7046 seems to me to be a very neutral medium gray?

Telegrau are the RAL gray tones introduced for Telekom, Telegrau 2 is the darker Telekom gray, see phone booths. I would not describe it as "bluish," rather as a gray tinged with pigeon blue.

Experience values in the range light to medium gray?

What do you mean by "experience"? - Color perception is individual, there is no color that Fritz and Franz see identically. Therefore, there is never a definiteness about which shade is perceived as "pure" and which as mixed. Sparkassen red is for some people already slightly orange, Aral blue slightly turquoise; one says Agip yellow and Post yellow are the same, another does not; and the third thinks only Shell yellow is really yellow.

We have decided on Basalt Grey RAL7012. Even though, as already mentioned, it should be taken with caution, here is a photo. We chose this because Anthracite would have been too dark for us. A great solution, we think.

@ matte1987: Yes, that was also our consideration. The basalt gray looks great in the picture! I have to take a look at it in real life...
