Why are modern houses so warm?

I specially brought a measuring device today... gth175/pt from Greisinger

Room temperature 22 degrees, floor according to measuring device 22.1 hm

Unfortunately only a dive measuring device that apparently also measures the ambient temperature with the sensor.

Somewhere there must still be a laser measuring device.

: Tip. Buy a new device.

I had the same with the energy meter (electricity). Couldn't find it. Bought a new one. Of course, one hour later I immediately found the old one.
