[*]The average plot width is 15 meters, consequently the maximum house width is 8 - 8.5 m.
[*]The 50-year-old rear building is family-owned.
[*]There is no development plan.
[*]Specifications from the city building authority: eaves height max. 6 meters (with 3 m distance to the neighbor) / roof pitch max. 45 degrees / residential development.
How can the property be reasonably used from a construction perspective?
