I would be interested to know if owners of controlled residential ventilation systems have less "dust/lint"? We are still tinkering in the house from time to time but are now "done" inside. Due to the unfinished outdoor area, we still hang laundry inside. But a tremendous amount of dust settles, or rather these "bluish lint balls." I completely agree with . What you don't have can't break. We monitor the humidity with sensors and sometimes the bathroom is over 60%, but with the exhaust fan and manual window ventilation, it quickly goes back down.

yes!!! That was a dream and I am already looking forward to summer in the new house with controlled residential ventilation. Allergy sufferers are also happy. I only have a little hay fever (grass), but even that is a dream in the house with the appropriate filter, especially at night in the bedroom.

I don't have controlled residential ventilation, but I can well imagine: even with controlled residential ventilation, a house is not the same as a "clean room." So particles still exist, air movements e.g. due to sunlight as well, so dust is present and also gets stirred up. Depending on the size of the filter pores, it may well be that in the "population composition" of the particles, compared to the previously usual "analog ventilation" ;-), there is a blue shift. So you see more lint if the remaining lint is mostly blue ;-)

Without controlled residential ventilation and actually also without lint. But we have little upholstery and carpet, a lot of tile, vinyl, leather.

Good morning everyone,

I just wanted to quickly ask if anyone has experience with the decentralized fans from Viessmann vitovent 100-d???

It all sounds and looks very good, but does it also work in practice?

It is not much cheaper than a central one, but I find the principle very appealing.

Thanks!

I personally think nothing of decentralized fans. Either controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery or window rebate.

A house is built with a lot of planning that is supposed to have no thermal bridges, and then various core drills are made to install poorly insulated fans? For me, that is too contradictory.
