Which ventilation for our project - we are confused

Hello everyone,
I registered here because I am quite desperate when it comes to the market for heating and ventilation technology. The variety is too large - and you can't always trust the home builders either.
So here is our project:

- Single-family house with approx. 170 sqm living space plus 85 sqm basement (of which 50 sqm is heated because it will be a wellness area)
- City villa with a relatively square floor plan
- Kfw 70 standard

We have the following requirements:

- Energy-saving heating (geothermal energy is not possible due to water protection area) --> it will probably come down to a heat pump, as I am not a fan of pellets/oil
- The heating must not be too loud so that it is always disturbing!
- Ventilation system with the following functions:
- central heat recovery
- allergy-friendly
- if possible, also a small cooling function

We are quite confused; our previous better home builder provider has Viessmann products (Vitocal 322 and Vitovent 300F) - but if we absolutely want something else, that would also be possible.

Therefore my question: Are there GOOD products that meet my wishes (especially the cooling topic does not seem to be very widespread)?

So far I have found ventilation systems from the companies Nilan and Tecalor - can anyone say something about these companies?
