Which roller shutter motors are suitable for central control?

Hello,

We have planned roller shutters everywhere in our house, which are to be operated electrically.
Now we have received an offer for the motors, which I already find quite confident. The upgrade of each shutter with an E-Motor Siral EL4 50/8nm without mains connection costs around €175. What do you think of these motors? I would like to control all the roller shutters together via a central control system. Is it sensible to rely on radio control? Or is wiring cheaper? What will the connection + switch cost me? How good are these Siral motors and are they worth the money? The offer came from the provider who will install the roller shutters... Shouldn't I receive a credit since the strap winders are not needed? Because the manual roller shutters were in the contract and already paid for...

It is an upgrade, so there can be no refund...

For central control, the motor is irrelevant - however, I would always pull cables during new construction.

It was rather not charged off, but I received an offer for the motors. How much does such a control unit cost? Then all the cables would have to run together in the utility room and there should also be a switch in the rooms, right? Is there then a remote control for the control unit, or how is that supposed to work? Is the price of €175 therefore fair?

As I already wrote, you will most likely not get any credit unless you completely do without [Rollläden]...

A separation relay for up to 4 drives costs 25 euros... with that, you can then operate 1-4 [Rollläden] individually or in groups... a proper offer for that can be made to you by your [Rolllädenbauer] because we don’t know how many you need... and they still have to be connected.

You can also link the whole thing with timers, etc. if you want... those of course cost extra...

All cables in the utility room is of course the most elegant solution... and you are prepared for the future... but it costs accordingly more...

175 doesn’t sound bad at all...

I have read up a bit on the internet about central control of roller shutters. High-quality Rademacher Rollotube radio motors cost just under €150 each; combined with a Duofern hand remote for €120, I could control all the roller shutters centrally. With the Homepilot 2 for €290, this and much more is even possible with a smartphone or tablet. Does anyone have experience with these products? Is there something like this from siral?

As already written... I would only rely on radio if no other option is possible...
