Which of the two floor plans is better?

I believe the bottom left is supposed to be a pantry, not an office (right?). For an office, 2 meters would be far too narrow. That will be difficult to furnish. Otherwise, as already noted, the upstairs floors are missing. And the ground floor is underdeveloped, as there are no windows at all. The toilet won’t work well like that, you open the door into the radiator?

Both are not comprehensible: on the one hand, the line of sight from the entrance to the chill area goes, then there is a 1.20 meter wide corridor to nowhere, then there should be no wall next to the entrance that restricts you when coming in, furthermore the kitchen unit is a joke. You can do that in a holiday home. You really don't need a questionnaire for that. Throw it away, take the standard floor plan!
