Lime, lime-cement, clay and gypsum - all mineral and all vapor-permeable.
I don’t know if certain types of plaster are actually able to positively influence the indoor climate and if so, how they manage that, because they all absorb and release moisture. Especially with [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] that wouldn’t bother me at all.
Whoever likes the respective surface structure and does not wallpaper or paint thickly afterwards should choose based on that, otherwise I would say the choice beyond the price lies with the preferred craftsman.

The neighbor plastered the whole place elaborately with clay plaster. That brown earth tone has something cozy and I like the processing-related roundings on the corners and edges. After an evening with the neighbors and a few crates of beer, however, the air there is not noticeably better than elsewhere.
