Hello, we are planning our house construction. It is not 100% finalized yet, but it should closely resemble the Edition 700 from Viebrockhaus.
Attached are two pictures, same house type, just mirrored once.
The map is oriented normally, so north is at the top.
Brown = main road / yellow = driveway to us and to the neighboring property.
Blue line = building boundary towards the south, green border = orchard meadow on our own property.
Which of these two orientations or a completely different one would you prefer and why?
With the 2nd variant, you get better access to the garage/carport and do not have to drive across the property.
