Which heating system should one choose for a new building?

Yes, of course that is part of the system and must not be viewed in isolation. Proper system planning with heating load calculation, design of underfloor heating, wall heating instead of a chicken ladder in the bathroom, etc., also costs money. Many do not want or cannot pay for this and do not know why. Basically, it is a bet on the future. I see the approach as sensible.
