Which flooring is recommended for a balcony?

At my house, which is over 25 years old, the stones on the balcony are either chipping off or developing cracks; see pictures. Something new is needed there. What would you recommend? Are there low-maintenance plastic coverings that can be installed here? The balcony faces west and has no roof - so it is fully exposed to the weather.

Remove old tiles and apply a seal so that moisture does not penetrate the concrete of the balcony. Water = wet = freezes in winter = concrete flakes off / tiles flake off

Terrace decking made of plastic. Just google WPC decking; it also comes in small square formats.
