Which flooring in the entrance/hallway? Who has experience? Pictures?

What size are the other rooms at your place?

255 is only 10 cm above standard.

I looked at a house with children's rooms also of 12 m2.
The 265 m ceiling height was a dream.
Rooms seemed rather more spacious, I thought hmm.

Narrower than the guest bathroom it is nowhere. And that is still a good deal wider than your hallway. ;-)

By the way, we are satisfied with the room proportions, the other rooms don't matter.
