Help! Company incompetent! Which remote control device for Vitodens200WB2 6-26.3Kw year 2003

Viessmann wall gas condensing boiler, weather-compensated operation with standard control unit

Unfortunately, the company that installed and services my heating system, as well as Viessmann (multiple calls from the heating technician, telephone information ability of the clerk after a total of approx. 1-1.5 hours: ????? hm! - unbelievable for such a "world company" in the PC age you would think they would have an archive or something - I don’t understand - sorry) themselves are not able to help (for 7 weeks!!!)

I want a surface-mounted remote control unit to be able to operate the heating unit located in the basement from the ground floor and the upper floor (hot water and heating) in order to occasionally switch it on outside the normal switching times.

My heating company installed a Vitotrol 300 for me, it didn’t work (not even a display, replaced, installed a second one, just as bad - cannot be due to the devices (wiring also not since newly laid Jy(st)y 2x2x0, by the way).
I think Vitotrol 300 (which would have had all the functions I wanted, a pity) may not fit my system anymore.
Apparently it came out later?

The connection and wiring diagram is not clear, in any case it mentions Vitocom 300, or...200 and WS/RS accessories.

When I google, under Vitocom 300 I find a device with communication interface - internet remote control, not what I want. I had the Vitocom 300 in 2003, 2004 back then it maybe had a different meaning or function than today?
Some companies have this; devices have the same name as before but often different functions or values, unfortunately... (greetings to company Kathrein and others!)

My main question:

Which remote control panel (and possibly adapter, plug, accessories) do I need now, and where can I get it?

Because if they’re not capable, I (ex-electrician) will install the thing myself.

It would really be nice if someone could help me out here!

I have a standard control unit for weather-compensated operation according to the service manual booklet 12/2002 page 114 parts list labeled with Nr 175, on page 103/104 at control unit A4 it is the upper right one,
a burner control unit Nr 158
A main circuit board Part 1 (burner control unit LGM 29) with power input - power output 230V - plugs Nr 40 and Nr 156 and control VR 20 included.
a main circuit board Part 2 (burner control unit LGM 29) where the plugs/connections EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS such as outside temperature sensor, connection for circulation pump via adapter etc. are located.
There is also: remote control unit WS/RS (accessory) *2
Connection for heating circuit control or Vitocom 200/300 *2 *3

*2: Only for weather-compensated operation
*3: Communication module required (accessory)

In the booklet mounting instructions on pages 8/9 electrical connections/note on connection of accessories for Vitotronic 050 *2, Vitocom 100, Solartrol *2, wall mounting bracket *3

Nowhere a description, note about what function the parts have, what they mean, except the great note: For connection, observe the separate mounting instructions enclosed with the accessories sigh...
Do you have to study or something to understand this?
