Hello dear forum community,
after I have now signed the house construction contract with ARGE Haus Berlin, the further planning is now underway.
ARGE Haus installs as heating the Viessmann VITOCAL 200-G with a 300-liter buffer tank (brine heat pump). This is also not changeable.
As controlled residential ventilation, ARGE offers the PLUGGIT Avent P310 for an additional price of approx. €16,000 (including installation, 5-year warranty, etc.).
After I looked at the BAFA information sheet on the funding of the heating system (35%), I had to realize that the Viessmann heating system and the Pluggit controlled residential ventilation cannot interact with each other in terms of control technology (at least not directly). Therefore, funding for the controlled residential ventilation does not seem possible. Or am I mistaken?
A different picture emerges with the Viessmann Vitovent 300-F controlled residential ventilation. This can interact directly with the Viessmann heating system and can therefore be funded with up to 35%.
In various other forums, I had to read that the Viessmann controlled residential ventilation is somewhat louder and unfortunately also more prone to problems. The controlled residential ventilation will be located in the utility room on the ground floor (no basement) in our house.
On the other hand, I have read a lot of good things about the Zehnder Q350 controlled residential ventilation.
As a result, a number of questions arise that I cannot answer without your help:
1. What do you think of the Pluggit Avent P310 and is there a way to have it "interact" with the Viessmann heating system to retain the BAFA subsidy?
2. Is there a way to have the Zehnder Q350 "interact" with the Viessmann heating system?
3. The house construction company advises against the Viessmann controlled residential ventilation because Viessmann builds very good heating systems but not residential ventilation systems. Do you see it the same way?
As an addition: we will not install a KNX system, but will rely on Somfy. Possibly, controlled residential ventilation and heating can also be linked via such an option?
Thank you very much in advance for your help!
