Are totally clueless, have to choose three building plots for single-family houses next week. Are in third place and don’t know which one we should take. Actually want the orientation to be true south\west, 3760/1 to 3760/4 but which priority 1-3?

3, 4, 2 - winter service, retaining wall

If I could choose, I would take 5.

Difficult matter. There is already quite a steep gradient in places, and with the small plots it hurts twice as much if you lose something due to embankments. Here you can have everything from the flatland floor plan on /4 to the hillside house on /1. What do you want? I assume the planned retaining walls are to be constructed at the expense of the client? And how high are they planned to be?

The retaining wall is 2 meters high in the south, 1 meter high in the west, but this has already been constructed by the [Erschließungsträger], so no additional effort is required. The construction site is actually quite level.

3755/1 (the right cut-off) would be my first choice because it has a reasonably usable size. If not that, then 3760/5. There you can design a small southwest garden with a bit of open space around it.

Does that mean the contour lines on the map do not represent the actual building ground? I would still be cautious with these plots. It is not enough just to haul in soil and heap it up. That does not create a stable foundation. In the worst case, you might have to dig everything up again and haul it away.
