About brokers, Gothaer, €101 for a building sum of €320k and coverage of €10,000,000.

In my private liability insurance with Hansemerkur, a builder's liability insurance is included. I just had to switch to the current tariff at the same price.

Therefore, the tip: Just ask your private liability insurance.

My tip: Membership in the Catholic Family Home Movement for €20 per year!
And no, you don’t have to be Catholic, denomination does not matter.

The membership fee includes a builder’s liability insurance free of charge through a framework agreement with [Provinzial] (subsidiary of [Sparkassen-Versicherung]).

Covers: One- to four-family house, construction sum up to €500,000, per insurance case insurance sum €6,000,000 flat rate for personal and/or property damage and €250,000 for financial loss, deductible €250.

It doesn’t get cheaper than this.
