Which bathroom layout?

Have a nice sunny day to you all :cool:

We are in the final stages before submitting the building application. While we are waiting for the structural engineer, we are working on the bathroom fixtures.
We have used the Villeroy & Boch planner and now have 3 options to choose from.

Which option do you think is the best?
Or do you perhaps have any other ideas about what should be moved?
The laundry chute cannot be moved in the bathroom (it is due to the attic bathroom above and the utility room below). For option 1, we would prefer to move the laundry chute to the hallway (between the bathroom and the bedroom), as in my opinion the solution next to the toilet is a disaster ;)

According to my absolutely personal, subjective feeling: Variant 1, with the shower behind the tub, is out of the question. Variant 2 is doable in a pinch. Variant 3 suits me best. Although all three proposals somehow seem quite static to me. Everything is so neatly arranged and aligned at right angles on the wall. Maybe you should consider including a freestanding bathtub in your planning. You can nicely position it diagonally and centrally.
