Hello everyone,
we are planning our house with an air heat pump. If I understand correctly, the additional electricity consumption depends on the ambient temperature?! Nevertheless, there are differences between the pumps as to from which temperature they start to heat with electricity. I hope I am on the right track so far.
We are planning a 120sqm house with an air heat pump from Vaillant Arotherm vwl 85/3.
How can I find out if the air heat pump is sufficiently sized and does not already start to heat with electricity at -4 degrees?
If further information is needed, please ask briefly.
Regards
