perhaps my numbers will help you further. Understandably, these numbers are only suitable for a rough comparison. Of course, your property developer can charge a completely different price (you could also pave your driveway with gold bars, then the price is not comparable at all) ;-)
We currently have the following in the offer (incl. VAT)
€135/sqm driveway, paved
€50/lfm curb stone ("edge strip")
So if your driveway is 20m long, the width would also be important to know. 3m? 6m? Depending on that, you will have your total sqm area and can use my price for estimation.

By the way, I would also choose the east as the driveway, simply because I wanted the south/west garden. But your section looks like you would exceed the building window, you have to check if other neighbors have already received exemptions for that. But that could still be adjusted.
