Where do you buy your carpets? Is it possible online as well?

For the small rooms, I had purchased from Teppich-Traum (not to be confused with Traumteppich!). They are really great and affordable. But only small ones.

Can't you basically just pick a carpet from the roll and have it serged? No idea what that costs.

That's possible and not expensive. So, the serging. Maybe 2€ per meter. Then, of course, the carpet ranges from-to depending on quality.

Carpet from the roll is probably more like wall-to-wall carpeting. That just isn't nice enough for me. A proper carpet has a pattern optimized for the size, etc.

Now that's what I call service! I ask here about carpets - and suddenly my screen is full of carpet ads. Rug Vista is shining at me right now - I didn't know that one either. What others complain about with targeted advertising, I just can't understand... :)
