Where can I find financial consulting?

Hi,

in a conversation with an acquaintance ("you want to build, right") I was asked whom one can consult for advice?

I had to shrug, as this person is a special case – equity is 'well' available, it should run with KfW grants, a multi-family house with renting, but not 3k net like some others here...

Since there is no real house bank (online), he can’t just go there and casually speak in person. Is there an "initial consultation center" in the Hamburg area that can help? Later the financing can also run through it if the conditions fit :)

We concluded ours back then with Dr. Klein.

That would have been my answer too. We also don't have a house bank and finalized with Interhyp (by chance an old school friend was my advisor).

We were also in Hamburg at Interhyp and very satisfied.

Financing advice (truly independent) is available from (real) friends in the financial services sector, provided they can suppress self-interest for professional reasons. Then even free of charge, including pointing out any potential risks.

If you don't have this option, the only way is to go to an independent financial advisor (no, not Dr.K, Interhyp, etc.) on a fee basis. That means you pay the advisor based on time, not sales.

I have seen many good offers from the aforementioned providers, but at least just as many "commission-optimized" offers.

Conclusion: Really good offers are only available for cash. The VBZ can be a good first point of contact because it is independent and not commission-based. Unfortunately, this advice is often a bit superficial.
