Do you only have one Riester contract? Or does your wife have one too?

Only I have it! A "friend" talked me into it back then, he probably needed a few signatures during his training!

Hmm ok. My financial/insurance advisor is just a total "enemy of the state"... he said that if I spend anything from the Riester for the property, the state owns my house. So that if I had to sell it, I would first have to pay back all the allowances/interest.
