Hello,

which empty conduit size should we have installed from the roof to the technical room, or should we have several conduits installed?

We would like to retrofit the following after handover and already have it prepared with an empty conduit.

Sat antenna
Photovoltaic system up to max 10 kWp

What diameters do the empty conduits need?

What else could be retrofitted on the roof for which preparations should be made that I am not thinking of right now?

Diameter for high-voltage photovoltaic system with series connection 50mm, for low voltage parallel connection 100mm.

Air conditioning units, Christmas lights à la Tim Taylor.

Which photovoltaic system is usually installed?

Air conditioning units on a gable roof? Christmas lighting is out of the question :)

Should I lay a second empty conduit for the satellite dish or put the cable into the photovoltaic empty conduit?

Most are high-voltage and in series, as this is generally more cost-effective. On roofs with shading issues and for people who are uncomfortable with high voltages on the roof and who consider health, fire safety, and possibly also fire load introduction, systems wired in parallel with lower voltage are increasingly being used. Since the power is meant to be the same, a higher current is transmitted at lower voltage. This results in thicker cable sizing. Ultimately, what is installed is what you want; there are almost religious arguments about the technology used.

ok thanks There shouldn't be much difference in price between the 50 and 100mm pipes, right?

Should I lay a separate empty conduit for the satellite dish or put it in the empty conduit for the photovoltaic system?

I would put that in a pipe, knowing that it is possibly the worse solution. As long as you have the inverter in the [Technikraum], DC comes from the photovoltaic system with correspondingly lower electromagnetic fields that could cause interference.
