Hello everyone,
and it is good that this forum exists. We are not making much progress, maybe someone can help us.
We found a house in the outer area, has belonged to the family since 1962 and was built at that time.
Since 2003 it has been permanently inhabited. Before that, in 2001, windows, exterior plaster, electricity, and heating were updated to the current standard. Water connection was laid. The house has a three-chamber septic tank that is regularly emptied. The mail is also delivered, and the municipality is responsible for the road to the house and clears it in winter.
According to the construction description from 1962, under 2.4 it says that during the planning, besides the building supervisory introduced standards, the housing construction standards were considered. Justification, in case these standards were not applied: it is a conversion and extension.
We have the stamp from the building authority and important - for the building permit from 24.09.68 the file number Az.....
What we do not have is the original building permit. According to the realtor, we are allowed to live there for reasons of existing use protection, but that does not give us legal certainty.
How should we proceed? What exactly must be stated in the building permit?
Regards
