What kind of follow-up financing is applicable for two different loans?

I financed through the Sparkasse. They basically didn't care what the money was used for. At the end of the renovation, the house including photos was just evaluated by an external company. I didn't have to submit anything. Not a single invoice.

do you have special repayment options? If yes, another idea. Take out a loan on 1.9.20 and make special repayments on the 2021 loan.

We had applied for a capital procurement loan at the bank back then. The bank's estimated value at that time was €290,000 and we wanted €200,000. We also received that amount in one lump sum without any invoices all at once.
