The financing is structured so that it works without special repayments; the special repayment is just a bonus so that I finish faster. My biggest question is whether the interest surcharge for a 15-year fixed interest period is worthwhile or not. There is already a big difference in the interest paid over 10 years.
But not for much longer? Or how should one understand the opening post?
What fixed interest period would you recommend to me?
That then depends on future life planning... everything has to be considered quite individually. A new partner 100 km away can already change everything ;)
I would always recommend a long term and adjust the repayment. The jump from 15 years is immense. So choose at least 15 years. Will we ever see the 2/3/4 % on the market? I don't think so, that's it.
