I just wanted to say, whether it's 1.87 or 1.91% does make some difference, but I would rather take the 1.91 at my local bank than 1.87 at some online bank where I have to deal with a hotline and automated messages forever whenever I have a question...

1.66% fixed for 20 years, 20% special repayment p.a., repayment freely adjustable between 2% and 5%

Hello everyone,

once again: This is complete nonsense, you can't compare the effective interest rates; different risks, etc... Here is my example again:

One person wants to finance a 2-room apartment in downtown Munich with 30%, offering 5 rented and paid-off apartments as collateral "with" them.

The other wants to finance a farmstead in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania 100%. No collateral!

Guess who gets the better interest rate

Best regards, Barossi

We don’t want to compare, not even that mine is "bigger". But as information or a trend, that’s not wrong, is it? And whoever wants to know more just asks or exchanges messages via PM. We will also soon start our financing, so I’m watching this very interestedly.

Hi,
not even a tendency can be "read off" here; the conditions that ultimately reflect an interest rate are too different:

Location, equity, property, financing value vs. own funds, income, life situation, age, etc.....
