What interest rate do you pay on your construction financing?

Just before the construction financing, I am of course looking for a low interest rate. Some are simply not found online. Do you have relatively current offers, for example for 15 to 25 years fixed and a loan-to-value of 60 to 80%? The 1.7% at DEVK mentioned in another thread is unfortunately no longer available.

Hello!

3.25 + 1.8! And now???

You should contact one or two intermediaries and have them make offers. Whether it is 0.1% higher or lower doesn't matter at this interest rate level.

No, we are not a bank. What you can do:
- Provide as much equity as possible (biggest leverage for the interest rate)
- Present the property as attractively as possible
- Obtain multiple offers (house bank, direct bank, broker, insurance)
- If necessary, renegotiate (compare offers, fixed interest period, interest-free preparation period, special repayment rights, ...).

I hope to find interesting financiers through this, whom I (or the brokers) might not usually have on the radar, as they are not so active in the market.
