Hello everyone....

how does it actually work if the contracted construction company cannot deliver the contractually agreed services because everything is already completely built. Do you just have to accept it or can you hold the company liable? Most of them have insurance to cover such cases, right? Does anyone have experience with this?

If yes, how should the affected party proceed?

Money for services under the agreed conditions.

If everything is already finished, which service of "everything" is still missing?

It is pointless to answer theoretical questions that somehow do not make much sense.

Other door dimensions are to be cast... but in the end it turns out... that this was not adhered to???

Either the door installer messed up (measured wrong, ordered wrong) or the shell builder (installed the wrong size) or the architect (marked it wrong on the plan) or the building supervisor (wrong, did not check).

So the question is still not that easy to answer.

The question is therefore first: Who made the mistake and admits it? That person then has the right to fix their mistake.
