yes, a basement is nonsense! That's why all garages of both houses that don't have one are full.

Exactly ! We have a fairly extensive report that I went through with our construction supervisor yesterday.

was running simultaneously. The point for me, however, is that I am not willing to spend a fortune on a simple utility cellar.
