Hello everyone,

we are currently building a timber frame house and are in the interior construction phase.
Now our painter brought us plaster samples. It comes down to a disc plaster...
The finest grain size he offered us is 1mm. However, we would like an even finer variant. He now says that this is not possible.
Does anyone of you maybe have experience with a finer disc plaster?
Thank you very much for your help.

Unfortunately, you will not find that.

At least I don’t know of any. 1mm is already very fine.

There is roll-on plaster that is finer, but it has a different texture. The texture disappears anyway after a few coats.

Fine means about 0.3mm here. Sometimes there is also extra fine. But then you don't need decorative plaster anymore. It's like paint.
