Hello

I want to build a garden house in my garden.

As shown in the picture, I want to pave the covered part + about 1m on the side.

Unfortunately, I don't know which foundation I need?
If I pour a concrete slab about 8x6m and lay the paving stones on a 3cm layer of gravel, the water can't drain, can it?

Can an expert help me with how the structure of the foundation and the paving layer should look?

I would mentally divide it into three parts. You can place the house itself on a slab. According to pure theory, you would construct strip foundations and then place the slab on top. You can find plenty of examples of this on YouTube, etc. Alternatively, pure strip foundations are possible. Or point foundations. The foundation plan linked by the provider on their website shows (rather schematically) the squared timbers that form the substructure of the house. You align the foundation (strips or points) accordingly. Foundations, if done correctly, are to be made frost-proof. One should not forget a solid connection between the house and foundation (storm protection). The paved open area can simply be paved. Base layer of grit (B2 0/32mm), then sand 0/5mm, stones on top, tamp, sand. There are plenty of instructions... Then the supports of the surrounding roof each need point foundations, which can be clearly seen in the linked picture. Here you can concrete in H-anchors or other post shoes. Again at frost-proof depth. Let's see when the admin removes the hyperlink...

That should run automatically, without manual help

I wouldn't pave there. Compact, point foundation = individual 40*40 paving stones and then the wooden floor panel of the garden house on top. This way the ground can still breathe when the air circulates

This might work for the garden house, although I suspect that the little house will stand somewhat romantically crooked after the third winter. But the questioner wants to install an extended roof, which requires supports; the minimum here is a driven sleeve as a post carrier. The proper solution is a concreted H-anchor. After all, a storm might come ...
