Hello everyone?
I would like to get a rough estimate from you of the financing amount that could be possible for us.

[*]Net income together currently about 4000€ (children are planned, i.e. during this time with parental allowance net income of about 3200€
    [*]Equity currently about 50,000€
[*]Also an apartment, which is then to be rented out with rental income of about 300 € per month
Thank you very much!

Hello Häuslebauer201,

based on a net income of 3,200 EUR and 300 EUR rental income, you need to have 1,400 EUR left for living expenses ([Kindergeld] would then be added as income).

If you have no further payment obligations from installment loans or private health insurance, a maximum of 2,100 EUR is available for your financing.

Taking into account additional operating costs of approximately 400 EUR, you can spend a maximum of 1,700 EUR on your financing and thus finance about 340,000 EUR.

Together with your equity capital, this results in a total cost volume of approximately 390,000 to 400,000 EUR.

By incorporating government funds from the Kfw, you can even achieve a slightly higher amount due to the lower interest rates available for this.

Best regards

M. Thiemann
