What does a house actually cost?

Why then, for my 125 sqm house without projections, conservatory or other extras and with an extremely material-saving square floor plan, does it not come out to 125x1300 = 162,500 EUR, but instead 200,000 EUR?

How should I know? Architect, general contractor, fittings, extras ...?

"largest" is quickly relativized when you know the percentage of orders that almost immediately go into the "P" file after signing ;)
