What does a gas condensing boiler with underfloor heating cost in a new building?

Hello dear construction friends,

our shell construction is complete. Most of the trades have been awarded. At the moment, we are dealing with the heating. Planned is a gas condensing boiler with a 1000-liter buffer tank and a solar system for water heating on the roof. This will operate underfloor heating in the basement, ground floor, and upper floor with a total of about 250 sqm. Then there are two radiators added (1x basement, 1x upper floor).

Now the exciting question: What should it roughly cost? 30-,35-,40-,45-,50-thousand?

The radiators then as low-temperature versions? Otherwise, a second heating circuit specifically for radiators would be an unnecessary price driver.

Depends on many factors, but more likely 30 than 50.

The radiators would have a separate heating circuit.
