The shell structures standing there were also all built without soil replacement. I spoke with a builder there a few days ago
In our construction project, no soil replacement was carried out either, because this was the conclusion from the soil report.
Only a continuous frost skirt was additionally necessary.
The report also specified to which Proctor density the soil must be compacted. It also stated which measures must be taken if the soil in the excavation deviates from that of the test drillings.
Is all that included in your report? I don't think so.
So get one done; it costs about €1000 and is money well spent.
A reputable construction company won't put a house up for you without a prior report.
