I just see, this is not fine sand at all, but medium sand.

I am curious to see what our construction company says.

Hello,

the report can at most serve as a rough guide for your construction company.
You will have to commission your own report for your property, which will then contain a concrete foundation recommendation for your project.
Only then will you also learn about the specific additional costs that may arise for you.

Don't let yourself go crazy. We were able to build on similar ground without exchange. And every house on this street.

The shell constructions that are there were all also built without soil replacement. I spoke with a builder there a few days ago

As a construction company, you also don’t have to worry too much if something happens because the warranty period is long. And without any nasty insinuations, there’s also the possibility that they simply dug strip foundations down to the sand, which somehow still holds up.

Don't worry about it for now. The foundation recommendation is also just an interpretation of the drilling results, why drill again now? If the construction company has an appropriate engineer who can derive a suitable foundation from the old drilling, you don't need to. After all, there are standards indicating which soil has which characteristic values and which foundation should then be provided. However, every construction company handles this differently. With us, no one wanted to know anything about the geotechnical report for the residential area development; a separate report had to be created... Rock already at 0.5-1m depth, but that can be understood.
