If the construction company has an appropriate engineer who can derive a suitable foundation from the old drilling, you don't need to. After all, there are standards indicating which soil has which characteristic values and which foundation should then be provided. However, every construction company handles this differently. With us, no one wanted to know anything about the geotechnical report for the residential area development; a separate report had to be created...
