What do you think of the payment plan? Opinions and experiences?

The payment schedule is, in my opinion, very much to the advantage of the construction company. At the moment, unfortunately, no one depends on your order, but talk to the provider about it. That way you will at least notice before the decision how much customer orientation there is.
