Hello,

after we had two financing meetings, we were told that you get 100,000 euros for a 400 euro monthly payment. Logically, that would be 1,200 euros for 300,000 euros.

But we also had two home building consultation meetings, who said that a 1,000 euro monthly payment would be for 300,000 euros.

What is correct now, or what experiences have you had?

With Ing-Diba you can get between €240,000 and €430,000 for €1,000 monthly.

It depends on the fixed interest period and the financing term (or equity).

And it depends on how long you want to pay.

That cannot really be answered like that. With 2% repayment (one should not go below that), you can roughly calculate €500 per €100,000 loan amount.

In detail, it of course depends on factors such as the fixed interest period and the loan-to-value ratio how high the interest rate will ultimately be.

everything above €200,000 is either reckless, risky, or both

the lower your equity and the greater the difference between the property's value and the loan amount, the less you get for €1000

Exactly, anything well over 200,000 euros, this loan is recklessness. Many banks place great importance on equity capital. It should be around 30%.
