What costs or work does a chimney cause?

With us:
Chimney 5,000 euros
Stove 2,500 euros
Small parts, fireplace tools 100 euros
Inspection by the chimney sweep around 80 euros

Ongoing costs
2x 30 euros chimney sweep p.a.
? euros fireplace inspection every 2-5? years? Haven't had one yet.
1 SRM beech 90-100 euros from the local firewood dealer including delivery

We consciously decided against a stove and fireplace. A) because of the dirt that does occur in the living room B) extra costs during house construction including stove at least around 5000€. C) we don't have a forest, so we would have to buy the wood as well. It's then not worth it to us to occasionally light the stove
