sorry, should not have been posted... you don't have to do anything "sneaky" here... with total costs of 920,000 EUR, even if the bank rates it badly and makes many deductions, you will still end up at 0.77%/0.79%. just be careful, maybe someone offers it at 0.87%/0.89%, because that only works if it is "commissioned" differently (taking more for themselves....)
