What additional costs must homeowners expect? Experiences

Additional costs... a not insignificant point when it comes to financing ;o)

So, a quick question:
What additional costs roughly come up for homeowners in NRW? What do you pay for your approx. 145 sqm house on approx. 400 sqm of land?
I know.... everything varies greatly from consumption to consumption and from municipality to municipality. Nevertheless... a cross-section of insurance costs, etc. can surely be calculated?

Our residential building insurance costs about 275 EUR per year. That is the full package. In addition, there are 2 term life insurances. About 300 EUR per year. Then there is household insurance (about 100 EUR per year).

I once read that a rule of thumb of 2€ per m² living space per month is often used. In your case, that is 290€. This then includes water, sewage, waste, electricity, possibly gas or other energy sources, property tax, insurance, etc.

Most things can be found out.

What is included in [Nebenkosten]?
Garbage, telephone, internet, electricity, gas?, water, property tax, building insurance, term life insurance, disability insurance, reserves.

Depending on consumption, you'll be somewhere between 300 and 400 € for a current new building.
