Hi everyone,
thanks a lot already for your contributions, I take some reassurance from them. After all, this opinion is also that of the architect we have full trust in, but when I was there again yesterday, I got a strange feeling again.
To make the information even more detailed, attached are the soil report as well as feedback from the property marketer :)
Answer to the question regarding the water:
The pipe connection is complete. The work still taking place there are not measures that belong to the pipe connection of the first construction phase.
You have received a soil report for the building plot from our Mr. XY. You can use this as the basis for the foundation planning.
The water area forms when the topsoil is driven on and thus compacted. However, since you will remove the topsoil for the foundation of your building and store it on your property in piles, this also causes compaction. So, in my opinion, it makes no sense at this time to loosen the terrain.
