That's how it is. The statements of the OP allow no other conclusion than that there were no agreements. Thus, your case is completely different.

I consider zero tolerance to be difficult. Money can't buy everything. But your trades are running smoothly. For me, it is currently showing during finishing that coordination is important, but inspections accompanied by daily coffee visits are essential.

Absolutely right, even the attempt to buy everything with money is pretty foolish. Tolerance for deviations must always be given in house construction. However, it is also important that visually sensitive areas for the builder are executed as agreed and as close to perfection as technically possible.

Yes, that is certainly helpful for me too, I am on the construction site every 2-3 weeks (an hour’s drive from home) and accompany the progress. It is important to me to thank the people who bring me so much joy (now) and quality of life (in the future) with their work. I "catch" them when something is done right and well – which is always beneficial and purposeful – also with my own children or employees.

If you build an average house where a bit more is saved on fittings because simply not that much money is available, then it may be that there is no detailed planning for the bathroom. Either everything is clear according to the drawing or there is enough buffer in the dimensions so that the rest does not matter.

If I commission something vaguely, I can be annoyed afterwards but then have to accept limited results. There probably is no right to adjustment then.

In this case.... yes.... a washbasin doesn’t belong pressed into a corner anyway.... a proper photo or something like that doesn’t come from the OP. Twice their own fault! is all I can say. Stepping into the trap and then not even accepting the help offered.

On the other hand, I wouldn’t show up in my own thread anymore either if someone here, as pretentious as we know him, talks to me about a slaughterhouse.

Firstly, I have not read that the sink was installed as [Schwarzarbeit] or the water connection. How do you know that? If that is the case, it does not change the fact that this defect justifies completely knocking out the tiles and relocating the connection. Regardless of whether tax-free or with tax. K.
