Hello, I have a masonry made of bricks (Poroton). In the bathroom, a 11cm deep facing wall made of Ytong stones was built up to a height of 115cm in the area of the washbasin. Now I want to install wall cabinets to the left and right of the washbasin. My question to you is, is it sufficient to attach the cabinets with anchors in the Ytong stone, or should I rather go through to the brick masonry? Possibly with threaded rods and adhesive mortar? I am concerned that I might pull the facing wall away from the masonry with the weight. How have you done something like this? Thank you very much for your help. Regards
