Venetian blind (mounted on the window)

Hello everyone,
We are currently building and now have to decide on windows. We will have [Raffstore] on the ground floor.
We have 2 offers.
Offer 1: [Raffstore] will be installed in [Raffstore] boxes mounted by the builder.
Offer 2: [Raffstore] are mounted on the window.

Which is better in terms of quality?

Qualitatively, no general statement can be made. Both systems exist in different quality levels. I find glass-integrated solutions particularly interesting, as they on the one hand keep the heat out and on the other hand are not exposed to the weather. Only bad to repair.

We have received the following statement from a window manufacturer: "The window is still expanding. If the [Raffstorekasten] is mounted directly on the window in this case (e.g. Roma, Aufsatzraffstore), the box would shift or rather need space upwards and cause cracks due to the displacement." The statement of course makes us thoughtful. However, it is also quite possible that the window manufacturer just wants to discredit his competitor (same location) because he knows that he offers this type of [Raffstore].

If windows and roller shutters are supplied as a system from one manufacturer, I would have no concerns. With retrofit solutions, it is a different matter; these would not be an option for me in new construction.

On holidays in Catholic federal states, during a full moon. That sounds a bit far-fetched. Many providers have chosen one method and then speak badly about the other, preferably with simplistic "arguments".

Offer 1: Venetian blinds are installed in builder-installed Venetian blind boxes. Offer 2: Venetian blinds are mounted on the window. Which is qualitatively better?

We still have the option to realize both. Based on gut feeling, we would rather choose the ones permanently mounted on the window, if there are no reasons against this.
