Hello Jochen,
In solid construction "it can" be normal, because only in the execution plans are the interior and exterior plaster considered. I would now suspect that it is no different when building a prefabricated house.
Rhenish greetings
I received the execution drawings from our house construction company and noticed that some dimensions differ from the architect's drawings. Mostly, the measurements are a few centimeters smaller.
Is this normal or should I insist that the dimensions from the architect's drawings be used?
