How about this:
- Make a rough plan (floor plan with approximate idea)
- Order kitchen measurement at IKEA (€70.00)
- Go to IKEA with the rough plan (after the measurement has been taken)
- Ask a friendly kitchen assistant if he/she can help
- Order shopping service with delivery and assembly
- If desired, order custom countertop
- Pay at the checkout
- At the transport counter, schedule delivery and assembly appointment
- After assembly, go to IKEA with kitchen measurement and purchase receipt to get €70.00 refunded
The new kitchen is ready...
Just for your information:
IKEA is a cash & carry store, which means:
Buy yourself and transport yourself.
Not all services are self-evident.
First: IKEA employees do not plan a kitchen but assist with the planning.
All planning is done by the customer at their own risk. As said: IKEA assists.
Secondly:
Kitchen measurement, delivery, assembly and shopping service are service offers and are not carried out by IKEA but only by third parties.
If you want a kitchen with little effort, you will be disappointed by IKEA.
But what you should not overlook is the guarantee that IKEA gives:
25 years on the complete kitchen, without electrical appliances.
It used to be called lifetime, but in a different context... :D :D :D
That should be worth one effort or another, right???
Customers who buy a kitchen at IKEA enjoy shopping at IKEA with all it entails. (Not everyone is satisfied in the end, but I think 99% are).
