Since you cannot be reached here by PM (you have too few posts), you have to ask here in the thread if you want to offer it to him. That is called communication. I and also a few others could have done it in theory, we also have software options, but you have to question what it is for, so that you don't accept an assignment that could not be done without architectural knowledge.
