Good morning everyone,

I hope I am in the right place with my question here.
We are considering buying my grandmother's house.

I would like to create a new floor plan (also in 3D).
However, since I am not an architect or similar, I interpret the floor plan very much as an amateur.

Attached is the floor plan of the basement as an example.
For me, the following questions arise:

1. How thick are the individual walls?
2. How wide and long are the individual rooms?

Sometimes I have the feeling (as I said, maybe I am also reading the plan incorrectly) that some information is missing.
I would appreciate your support here.

Thank you very much in advance!

This is the respective wall thickness, i.e. 11.5cm and 24cm (each without plaster).

The left wall has external dimensions of 7.62m - consisting of 24cm wall thickness at the top, then 385cm interior dimension, then 11.5cm wall, again 317.5cm interior dimension, and finally again 24cm wall thickness of the lower wall.

From left to right external dimension 637cm (shown below):
left wall 12cm, then 401cm room (there is no wall between storage and heating?), 24cm wall, 176cm washroom, 24cm wall

Actually, there should be a scale indicated somewhere on the plan. The wall thicknesses are dimensioned except for the wall Vorrat - Heizung. This one was probably added later. Therefore, you are also missing the measurements of how wide the rooms are. The length of the staircase and hallway is also missing. You should be able to manage reasonably well with the scale and ruler. All other measurements are present. Vorrat/Heizung is originally 401x385 cm Bar is 401x317.5 cm Hallway and laundry room are each 176 cm wide, length you have to calculate with ruler and scale. Wall thicknesses have already been written by Nordanney

Why are cm-precise measurements of the rooms needed in the basement (when many data are already available)?

well, since I would like to digitally recreate the floor plan, this information would be quite interesting. Moreover, some information is missing that one could possibly have calculated
